Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. It is a time when families come together to celebrate and pray for good fortune. During this festival, we decorate our homes with red decorations and lanterns. We also have a big feast with traditional dishes like dumplings and fish. We exchange red envelopes containing money as a symbol of good luck and blessings for the coming year.

2. Diwali

Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a major festival celebrated by Hindus. It symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. During Diwali, we light oil lamps called diyas and decorate our homes with colorful rangoli designs. We burst fireworks and share sweets with family and friends. Diwali is a time of joy and happiness, and it brings people of all religions together.
